All Quicksilver owners should upgrade the firmware offered below to ensure optimum performance and compatibility with the latest AT&T network improvements.

PC Upgrade Instructions

1. Please connect your laptop to AC power and close all applications.
2. Download and save the Firmware provided above.
3. Disconnect from the network if you are connected using the Quicksilver and make sure AT&T Communication Manager is closed.
4. Unzip the folder.
5. Insert the Quicksilver into your laptop.
6. Double click the Superfire_4.4.0-commercial.exe from the Software Package folder.
7. Click Run.
8. Click Next for application to exam your system and device.
9. Please follow the on-screen instructions.

MAC Upgrade Instructions

Option is currently working on the Mac upgrade solution and expects to have it published shortly. Until that time, Mac users can use a Windows-based machine (PC) and follow the instructions above.

To do so, you will need to run the full installation of the Quicksilver on the PC and reboot, as the on-screen instructions direct. Once you have done that, follow the PC Upgrade Instructions above. This whole process should take no more than 15 minutes on a high-speed connection.
